AS A DIETITIAN & FOODIE,

My mission is to help you acheive a weight you're happy with so you can feel awesome in your body & live a long healthy life.

Meet Rachel

Listen, I know what it's like to avoid looking in the mirror and wearing baggy shirts to hide my belly. After I had my second baby at 41, I didn't lose the weight like I did after my first.

I was determined to NOT starve myself like I did in my 20's and 30's.

I also realized what I was taught in school wasn't helpful enough for my perimenopausal clients who were already eating healthy & exercising.

So I dove deep into metabolism & women's hormones.

On average, my clients lose 15 lbs in 90 days of "stubborn weight," and I walk the walk too.

I lost 35 lbs - and have kept it off for 4 years and counting - even as my own perimenopausal symptoms intensify.

And the best part? We aren't skipping meals, give up chocolate, or eliminating entire food groups (you know, diet culture stuff).

When I discovered the power of macros and how to phase my nutrition, a lightbulb went off: I didn't have to exercise myself into exhaustion to "burn calories."

Now, as a dietitian & coach for women over 40, I help women eat for more than fat loss. I'm here to show you how to nourish your body so you age well. And I do it all virtually so I can get my boys off the bus.

My Story

I went to school to become a dietitian to finally figure out how to find my happy weight...without starving from all the cardio, eating like a bird, or feeling weak & tired.

I have spent the last 2 decades experimenting with my own diet to find the simplest, most effective way to not only lose 35 pounds twice after each of my babies, but to effortlessly keep it off - without compromising my health.

And now I am on a mission to get the message out to women over 40: you do not need to feel out of control with food or your body.

I put everything I learned from decades of trial-and-error and tens of thousands of dollars on education into my program, the Body Back Blueprint.

It's time to finally "eat like a normal person" so you can find your happy & healthy weight that allows you to live your purpose feeling confident in your own skin every day.
