PHILOSOPHY
I couldn’t do this without personalizing a healing roadmap for each client, including focusing on the foundations of good health.
The more I learn, the more I understand that GI health is at the core of good human health. If we aren’t good stewards of our microbiome, so much can go wrong. I’ve been there myself.
Finding the right foods to eat in order to heal, calm inflammation, and resolve symptoms is pivotal – and unique for each person. This is why I am passionate about using the MRT/LEAP food sensitivity testing and protocol. There is no faster or better way to reduce symptoms quickly. I love sharing this info with my clients and watching long-standing, frustrating health issues reduce and/or disappear.
I’ve also learned that progressively more restrictive diets are NOT the way to heal. My goal is always to get clients back to the most foods possible.

ABOUT ME
I have learned much about gut healing through years of studying, but also from personal experience. I have healed my own long-standing gut issues including severe bloating, SIBO-C and poorly digested food by focusing on removing infections, supporting digestion, eating “hygiene”, and uncovering food sensitivities that were causing brain fog, anxiety, leaky gut, and skin issues.
I know the life lessons that come from eating home-grown food together as a family. This was embedded in me from a young age by my father, who loved to cook. Growing up eating this way has made me passionate about encouraging my clients to seek simplicity in food, cooking, and eating habits. These are all things I live by, and will help you to embrace.
I practice what I preach by using quick weekly meal planning, simple cooking techniques, and sitting down to family meals to nourish myself, my husband and our toddler.
Other things I enjoy: lifting weights, hiking, gardening, learning, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
